Welcome to the web site of A'Part, a non profit organization working for
solidarity of people and territories .
“ No
need for hope, to endeavour,
Nor to succeed, to persevere. ”
–––– About us –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––
A’Part is a Non Profit Organization, daring through its vision of projects: dismantling of paradigms, summons to technologies. Above all, massive implementations under participative governance.
Development is made of exchanges, flows and ebbs. It requires to mutualize assets. Thus, territorial solidarity brings to lighten our footprint on resources. A close reconciliation of the European and African peoples is an inescapable part of it.
–––– Our values –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––
For and by women and men of goodwill, who strive to bring the people of Europe and Africa closer together.

We
are freely but firmly committed to work for the achievement of the
social object of the association : in addition to improving
citizenship and professional capacities of members or host
communities, A'Part studies, initiates and promotes projects of all
objects and sizes, selected solely on the light of the sustainable development
of the territories addressed and pertaining innovation and the universality of the service offered.Solidary
Amidst
Anthropocena and pole position towards the galactic myriad, the
sacrality of Gaia imposes itself!
This sanctuarial heritage commands to take advantage of the innovations of our time: fluidity of information, new political consciousness in techno-governance and most of all, a renewed vision of the humanist utopia as the prescience of a common world to build.

Considering
demographic and economic differentials, historical proximity,
antiquity of commerce ... a fusion around their inland sea is
inexorable for these two geographical spaces.
This common destiny founds the fraternity that A'Part celebrates here and Now.
The broth.sist.erhood stake is for the whole earth, tomorrow !

Financial posture
Good willing management
Concerned with efficiency, the association sees financial performance as a token of autonomy. Thus, it invests resources in projects seen as profitable, to reuse their revenues for other social purposes less immediatly profitable but whose effects are bold in the long range.
Concerned with dignity, this posture aims to turn social demand into investment opportunities in the financial sphere.
Example:
The "Africa Beach" project to stop coastal erosion requires significant resources: mobilize communities, convince them to participate/research/experiment.
In partnership with other partners as the association CY and the SCOP Artefacts, A'Part initiated the project "Le Diabole / O.H.G.A. ". Aiming to vocalize the corpus “General History of Africa” written by the Unesco. This project has strong potential of revenues generation that will help finance other projects, such as" Africa Beach " that require huge means. Bringing our share would thus help convince others to contribute too...
This attitude of ressources redirection is consistent to the massive crowdfunding calls (labour our cash) we expect from our various communities.
As well, the choice to settle the “Diabole Platform” and generally all our technological developments, in the world of the free software, derives from the same intent to subscribe to the Participatory Economy.

Africa Beach
This project aims to erect dykes to stop the erosion of the African coast. Dykes are made of recycled plastic ropes and Big Bags, filled with sand collected locally from transient submarine dunes. Sand is seeded with local biotope to encyst the dam.
A holistic study of environmental impact and feasibility will be held through a dedicated platform contributed by students, universities, enterprises and professionals of the planet, all committed to help save the planet !
